Xcel /Rec Opt Competitive Team

Dynamic’s Xcel Rec Opt program is a hybrid RECreational-OPTional program designed for girls who want to compete in gymnastics (rather than attend regular recreational classes) but aren't sure about taking on the extra discipline of Compulsory-level team training. Xcelt is a great way to get your feet wet and learn what actual competition is all about! Competitive gymnastics at the Compulsory and Optional levels can involve a significant time commitment as well as a significant financial commitment. Our Xcel gymnasts train on a less-intense schedule than do our Hot Shot team gymnasts - and the Xcel competition schedule is scaled back as well. Beyond that, parents of Xcel gymnasts incur comparatively lower competition expense. So if you've been wanting to get a taste of team training and competition, but aren't quite sure if it's right for you, call our office and arrange to check out Dynamic’s Xcel program. Participation is by tryout or invitation only.
