Rec Opt Competitive Team

Dynamic’s Rec Opt program is a hybrid RECreational-OPTional program designed for girls who want to compete in gymnastics (rather than attend regular recreational classes) but aren't sure about taking on the extra discipline of Compulsory-level team training. Rec Opt is a great way to get your feet wet and learn what actual competition is all about! Competitive gymnastics at the Compulsory and Optional levels can involve a significant time commitment as well as a significant financial commitment. Our Rec Opt gymnasts train on a less-intense schedule than do our Hot Shot team gymnasts - and the Rec Opt competition schedule is scaled back as well. Beyond that, parents of Rec Opt gymnasts incur comparatively lower competition expense. Participation is by tryout or invitation only.
