Hot Shots Boys Competitive Team | Levels 4-9

Gymnastics provides boys with a great base level of fitness, flexibility, strength and agility. Dynamic has a developed a successful Boys Competitive Program. Competitive gymnastics is a wonderful but very demanding sport, requiring a high level of commitment from both gymnasts and parents. Placement on the competitive team is at the discretion of the Head Coach and is based on ability, desire, and the potential to pursue competitive gymnastics.
